WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER TREATMENT:

The area treated may appear erythmic (red) with some inflammation. The redness should reduce within a few hours. The lighter the skin tone, the longer it may take for the redness to subside. There may be some scabbing depending on the irregularity and the area of the body being treated. 

POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS

POST-TREATMENT:

  • No picking or scratching—allow the area to heal naturally.

  • Keep the treated area dry—showers are fine, but avoid soaking.

  • Use a gentle cleanser—wash with your fingertips only, no washcloths.

  • Pat dry—do not rub or scrub the area.

  • Avoid terry cloth materials—opt for soft, non-abrasive fabrics.

  • Skip harsh or anti-aging products—wait until the crusts have fully sloughed off.

  • No treatments on or around the area for 30 days—let your skin recover completely.

  • Healing time varies—crusts typically shed within 5-7 days for some, while others may take 10-14 days, depending on individual skin and the treated area.
